The view from the window is stunning, with the city looking beautiful all around. We felt at home from the warm welcome onward, and the host stayed kind and helpful throughout. The apartment was lovely and cozy, with little touches that made it feel special. Everything was just right.

We had to cancel at the last minute after the owner told us rather late that the price would go up based on the number of guests. The website hadn’t made this clear, and it wasn’t presented that way during booking. Very disappointing.

The apartment itself is luxurious and very comfortable, with a fantastic location and probably the best view in Budapest. I’d recommend it highly. What kept this from a perfect score was the way communication felt focused on rules, restrictions, and possible penalties from the start. Even though we were respectful guests, it made us somewhat uncomfortable. We accidentally set off the alarm while trying to switch on the air conditioning, and were immediately asked why we had touched it since it wasn’t our property. I understand there may have been trouble with earlier guests, but a more relaxed approach and a little trust toward responsible guests would make the stay feel more welcoming. Apart from that, the apartment is excellent.
