We couldn’t check in. The owner was very rude and difficult to reach by phone, and seemed to make no effort to help. He said he would refund us, then cancelled our booking without notifying us. This deserves minus five stars, not one. Avoid this place.

We paid and booked through Expedia, but couldn’t check in when we arrived. We stood outside for an hour and a half, calling repeatedly. They finally picked up on the seventh attempt and said they were overbooked, had no room, and would refund us. Two weeks later there was still no refund. When I contacted Expedia, they told me the accommodation claimed I’d never tried to check in and wouldn’t refund me. Beware.

There’s no hotel here, and this accommodation is a complete scam. Don’t book it!

This apartment booked through ebookers seems like a scam. It doesn’t exist.

Horrible. We were left stranded, and the place doesn’t exist. This is the one at 2 Fovam Ter.
