There was no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or hair dryer, even though the listing clearly described it as a hotel. They also kept the cleaning staff’s supplies in the hotel, and they smelled bad. The hygiene was the worst. We had paid for breakfast, but they never gave us the breakfast card. I waited until breakfast the next day, left a message, and called 20 times. They said they would bring it, but didn’t. When we called again, our phone had been blocked. We received no information unless we called to ask. The whole experience was impossible to understand and felt nothing like a proper hotel stay.

Agnes, the owner, is a great person. The place is right in central Budapest and would be a good place to stay on a future visit.

We spent the weekend here and the apartment was brilliant. The staff were really helpful, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest 😁😁

There’s no service. The hotel is poor and worse.
