Radisson Hotel Budapest Budapart

Getting around was easy thanks to the nearby public transport, and the room was clean, spacious, and convenient. Breakfast was fresh and fantastic. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. One of my best hotel stays, and I’d happily come back.

We couldn't get comfortable in the room. It stayed too warm because the air conditioning never cooled it down, and there was no way to open a window for fresh air. We reported it, but staff said the system was working correctly. Nothing changed during our stay. There was also a persistent cooking smell, especially garlic, in the room. It was worse in the bathroom, where it seemed like an exhaust or ventilation duct from a kitchen was connected and bringing odors through. For a hotel in this category, I expected much better. The combination made our stay quite unpleasant. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

Breakfast and catering were very good, with a wide choice of fresh food. The rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable, and the conference setup was well equipped. Staff were professional and helpful throughout our business conference. Radisson Hotel BudaPart feels modern and peaceful, with lovely surroundings near the lake and easy access to the venue. The whole experience went smoothly, and I’d recommend it for business events or a leisure stay.

The room was nice, and both breakfast and restaurant service were fine. But I wouldn't choose this hotel again, because cleanliness and good customer service matter a lot to me. The bathroom smelled bad, the toilet was dirty, and the air purifier wasn't working. I also found hair in the bed, plus dust on the bathroom mirrors and in the garbage can. The hotel isn't in the central area, so there aren't many options for going out. It might be okay for a single night of rest, but not for tourism. At night the entrance staff weren't available. The women were often chatting in another room, and I had to call out loudly to speak with them.
