Inside the apartment, things feel modern, comfortable, and safe, even though the building’s shared courtyard is in very poor shape. The upkeep and renovation seem to be extremely expensive, which may explain why those areas have been left in ruins. It’s still a great base for walking around Pest or heading to Buda on a micromobility scooter like Lime. I’d definitely recommend it.
