The host communicated really well, sending clear check-in and check-out details on time. The room was warm and very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom spotless. There's a kitchen on site and a 24/7 grocery store nearby, too. For the money, it was outstanding. The location is great, about three minutes from the metro and a 30-40 minute walk from the Danube. The room itself is very small, and the top-mounted shower head can't be moved. It's annoying, and it should be a normal shower.

We stayed in the deluxe option. The room was modern and clean, and the air conditioner worked very well. They cleaned the shared kitchen and toilets every day. There's no fridge in the room, but you can use one in the public area. We got a body towel but no hand towel. There were only two clothes hangers and no clothes cabinet. The hotel's location didn't feel safe to me, with lots of homeless people around.

Self check-in worked great, and the apartment was really clean. My room had plenty of space for a one- or two-night stay, and there was lots of free room in the shared fridge. The downside is the noise. The doors could use an upgrade because I could hear everything people were saying in the other rooms. That can be a problem when you're really tired and the apartment is full.

The administrator was kind and really helpful. The apartment was clean, well priced, and in a great spot, with a metro station just a minute away that gets you to most attractions quickly. Shops and places for a good breakfast are close too. Definitely recommend it.
