Hapimag Resort Budapest

It was my first time at the Budapest location, and the receptionist handling our reservation greeted us kindly. He showed us to the room and gave us everything we needed for the stay. Hapimag locations are always a nice experience. Take a look at the view from the room, it's only visible at nighttime.

We had a comfortable family suite, and the staff were kind and helpful. The kids had fun with the pool table. The hotel is right in the Castle Hill district, with beautiful architecture all around and Fisherman’s Bastion within walking distance. I’d come back next time I’m in Budapest.

The staff were really helpful, which made the stay comfortable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and there are shops and shared areas in the building. It’s right in the heart of Budapest’s historic center.

Our room was spacious and clean, and the Buda location stayed quiet at night. Bus 16 stops mostly right in front of the hotel, and Fisherman's Bastion is close by for the night view. Hilton is nearby too, with Faust Wine Cellar down in the cave for Hungarian wine tasting. We stayed for 10 days with our 18-month-old and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also provided what we needed for the baby, including a high chair and a shower bath. There’s a sauna in the basement. The one thing that could be better was the shower area: some parts seemed old, and the drain smelled a bit. Still, it was a relaxing place to stay.
