I booked a private room through booking.com, and the photos and description matched what I found. It’s a no-frills place, but very clean, with daily cleaning available if you want it. Major transit lines are just a short hop away, and lots of museums, sights, and nightlife are walkable. I had no complaints and felt safe traveling there alone as a woman.

You’re close to everything here. The tram stop is nearby, and Oktagon, a big hub for the metro and buses, is a short walk away. The guesthouse is secure and well kept, with a shared kitchen that has a microwave and coffee machine. Eitan was very helpful, and the rooms are cleaned daily. There’s also a lift, which is handy since it’s on the building’s fifth floor.

Eitan was friendly and polite, and the guesthouse made my stay in Budapest a real pleasure. I had a large, consistently warm room, a comfortable bed, and a nice private toilet and bathroom. I’d happily recommend the place.
