The room was practical, comfortable, and well cared for, with regular housekeeping and lots of thoughtful details. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge, and plenty of cookware, glasses, and utensils. Breakfast was filling, with a good range of options. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and quick and clear in their replies, even before we arrived through the hotel website and messaging. We were especially grateful they let us check in early at 7:00 AM, when we arrived at the train station that morning. The official check-in was 3:00 PM, and they didn’t charge extra for the early arrival. This is just personal preference, but the mattress felt quite firm to me, and my back was uncomfortable after sleeping. The toilet flush button also got stuck now and then. These were minor problems and didn’t have much effect on our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would pick this hotel again if we return to Budapest. The location was handy, close to the Metro, and the staff were nice. Our room was clean, and breakfast tasted good, though the selection was a little limited, with only a few sweet pastries. There’s a bar across the street, and it could still be loud at 1am. After walking around all day, though, we slept well. We also missed having slippers and small hygiene kits, the sort of things you’d expect in a four-star hotel.

The lobby was tiny, which caught me by surprise, but a very nice young man greeted me, helped me check in, and explained the hotel. I took the elevator up to my room and found a lovely suite. It wasn’t huge, but it had a fridge, stove, and everything else I could use. I’d definitely stay here again on another visit to Budapest.

The staff were all super friendly and polite, and breakfast was spot on. My apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything I could need. It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting Budapest, and I’d absolutely recommend it.
