We spent three nights here with my husband and siblings, and I’m very happy with the stay. The hotel is close to everything, and our room was lovely and clean. Housekeeping changed the towels regularly and replenished everything. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly, especially ASTRID PANTALEON, the Guest Relations Supervisor. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping kept it spotless, changed the towels regularly, and replenished the shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. The view wasn’t anything special, but that was what we expected. The staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. They even arranged a taxi for us that arrived in five minutes, despite none seeming to be available. I stayed three nights, and the hotel’s central location was perfect for getting around while still being quiet, without traffic or crowd noise. It was an excellent choice and I’m very satisfied. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Budapest, and recommend it to anyone coming to the city.

We parked in the hotel's garage, and the spot was ideal, right beside St. Stephen's Basilica. Our room was roomy and very clean, and the wireless phone charging was a handy extra. The staff were friendly and made it clear they were around if we needed anything. I'd happily come back.

The staff handled a shower that flooded right away, which made me feel well looked after. Breakfast was good, and I especially liked the bedside charging dock with USB-C, USB 2.0, and wireless charging. The hotel is in a wonderful area and is one of the nicest Garden Inn hotels I've stayed in. My hair styler wouldn't plug into the bathroom outlet, though. I hope they can fix it.

The hotel has a peaceful, modern feel, and the rooms were quiet, spotless, and comfortable, with what I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices. From here it's an easy walk to St. Stephen’s Basilica, plus lots of cafés, restaurants, and shops. I had a really enjoyable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Budapest City Centre and would return next time I'm in Budapest, for work or a holiday.
