We spent seven nights in the top-floor Basilica Suite, and its terrace overlooking the rooftops and St. Stephen's Basilica was such a treat after a day exploring Budapest. There’s a living area, kitchenette, bedroom, walk-through closet, two bathrooms, and the terrace. The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, clean, and well placed for walking to many major attractions. It’s also on Metro Line 1, with trams and buses nearby. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they replied promptly to emails even before we arrived. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was very good. I’m so glad I found this gem!

The building is amazing, and from the final stop of the 100E bus it’s only about a five-minute walk. We found the location fantastic, the staff friendly and polite, and the breakfast excellent, with a great range of sweet and savory food. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bath taps are in a slightly odd spot if you want to take a bath, but they’re fine for a shower. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The staff set the tone from the start, greeting us warmly and chatting with us personally. They were always smiling and happy to help with anything. The hotel is centrally placed on a large shopping street, and it has a small sauna and gym. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast had a better spread than at most places. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel, and I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Hotel Moments Budapest was wonderful. The place is elegant, clean, welcoming, and well maintained, with thoughtful design and good facilities. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with a nice range of freshly made food and quality ingredients. Everything was tasty and nicely presented, a lovely way to start each day. I especially want to thank Berta from reception. We were visiting Budapest for my wife Sujood’s birthday, but we hadn’t told the hotel or asked for anything special. Berta noticed the occasion and arranged a complimentary gift of wine and fine chocolates, along with a beautiful birthday card and a warm personal note. It was such an unexpected, thoughtful gesture and made the celebration unforgettable. She’s kind, caring, and professional, and a real example of hospitality. We were extremely satisfied and would happily return. Hotel Moments exceeded our expectations, especially thanks to Berta, and we highly recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect spot for walking to several must-see places. Our room was very clean, the shower was great and not slippery, and the staff made everything feel easy and welcoming. The bed was a little too hard for me, but that’s just personal preference. This will always be my hotel when I visit Budapest.
