I advised my colleagues to book a room at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, but cleanliness and modern furniture are probably the main concerns for anyone thinking of booking. It feels like stepping back into the Soviet era, with an old building and cracked paving on the street outside. Breakfast each morning is mainly boiled eggs and sausages. It’s a three-star hotel, nothing more.

The room had plenty of space, and the fridge, table, chair, wardrobe, and bed were all nice enough. I didn't check whether the TV worked. Just keep in mind there's no AC or fan. Nights were okay and cool, but mornings got a little uncomfortable.

A nice, quiet place.

The staff's behavior wasn't good. Most nights they went around all the rooms, and if someone made noise, they'd shout at them, apparently because they're locals. The place felt more like an Indian PG than a hostel.
