Limehome Budapest Mosonyi u. 4

We ended up booking limhome budapest at the last minute after our first hotel reservation was cancelled. We'd already had a really frustrating experience elsewhere, where the staff were extremely impolite. From the moment we arrived at Limehome, the staff changed our mood completely. They were professional, genuinely friendly, and welcoming. Their English was perfect, which made everything easy. The staff were incredibly polite, caring, and hospitable. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we absolutely loved its design. It was a wonderful stay!

The area around the property was dirty, chaotic, and smelled unpleasant. It's right beside the train station, which added to the poor impression of the location. Inside, the hygiene was unacceptable. The duvet was extremely dirty and the bedsheets were disgusting. I felt itchy all over as soon as I lay down and scratched until my skin turned red. We arrived late at night, so we had no choice but to stay that night. I messaged the property on WhatsApp as soon as we checked in. They didn't apologize, just said someone would come the next day. With the room in that condition, I didn't trust that they could fix the problem to an acceptable standard. I asked to cancel the second night, but they refused and offered only a 15% refund for the first night. I said I'd leave the next morning anyway and asked again to cancel the rest of the booking. I booked another hotel straight away and checked out the next morning. Even so, I was charged for both nights and still haven't received any refund. It was a very poor stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The building is in a really handy spot, near the subway and plenty of shops and fast food places. We checked in online without any trouble. I stayed three nights this December, and it was amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. I recommend it ☺️☺️☺️

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The place was clean, fairly priced, and had almost everything we needed. The road can get a little noisy at night, and the room could use a microwave, but neither was a big problem. A wonderful place for families and groups.
