We arrived late and found ourselves in a dirty room in a subdivided house, with mold that triggered my allergy. Nobody cleaned it properly or offered to move us, so I had to leave. The staff did try to help, but no one had warned us this wasn’t a hotel and that we’d need to download an app and follow steps to get a code. The internet directions sent us elsewhere, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

The room itself was nice, but the heat was hard to deal with because the AC is centrally controlled. Finding the place was difficult, and we had to collect the keys at another address. When we needed help, reception wasn’t very friendly and messages on WhatsApp went unanswered.

The location is superb, and even though the property is in a residential building, the people who live there were friendly and polite with tourists. I only stayed one night and didn’t really have any problems. It wasn’t perfect, but it was clean, and I had a good experience.

We were told a refund had been arranged, but later found the property locked with our belongings still inside and had to find somewhere else late at night. The bathroom flooded on the first night and was never fixed. We waited hours for help, calls were ignored, and communication was poor. Management showed no accountability. I would absolutely not recommend it.
