The place felt clean, comfortable, and homey, and we loved staying there. Marika was so kind and ready to help with anything we asked. You can tell she puts her whole heart into it. I give her the highest rating and recommend her to others. Ágnes and István, we wish you good health as you continue your work.

The other apartment we were offered, the Kende apartment, was filthy: mold covered the bottom of the shower curtain, there were bugs in the shower drain, the floor and table were sticky, and something had spilled across the wall. I could go on. It belongs to his expensive daughter-in-law, and I don't recommend it either. Parking in the yard was very difficult. The threshold was so high that the bottom of our car scraped it, and even my husband, who drives well, couldn't have parked in that narrow spot without damaging the car. After we got home from vacation, the owner called to ask what I thought I was doing writing a bad review. He said God would punish me and things like that. I also got a very poor reply to my review on szálloda.hu. It's terrible for an accommodation provider to speak to a guest that way. I don't wish such people anything good either. This was the worst. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone going to Eger.

There were eight of us, men and women, and we arrived in pretty high spirits. The owner didn't bat an eye, just showed us the rooms. She was really lovely and helpful, and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, the bedding smelled fresh, and there was everything we needed for a few days. I can only say good things, and we want to thank her for welcoming us!!!!!!
