I only spent one night at Oleander B&B, stopping to see Lake Balaton on the way to Budapest, but I'd love to come back. Illona made me feel completely at home, like I was staying with family. She offered coffee, tea, delicious Hungarian dishes, and a bike so I could see Siofok and the surrounding area in the little time I had. She took her time sharing local tips and even patiently helped me sort out my travel plans. It was a memorable stay, and I'll visit again as soon as I can. Thank you!

I'm glad we stayed here. The homemade traditional Hungarian food was tasty, and I'd recommend it over a posh restaurant. You can't go wrong with the food. Ask the host about the menu and specials, and she'll explain what's on offer. It's cozy and works really well for families.

The owner makes the place welcoming for everyone. The rooms are small but cozy, and there's one shared bathroom. It can come in handy if you've forgotten shampoo, shower gel, or even conditioner. Breakfast has a bit of everything and is prepared with real care. A great place to spend the night while travelling onward.

A happy, family kind of atmosphere makes this a lovely stop for a rest before a longer trip. The staff are glad to help, the customer service is great in English, and breakfast is delicious and made just the way you like it. I'll definitely visit again :-)

We went to the restaurant twice while in Siofok and tried quite a few different dishes. Everything was well cooked and tasty, and the service was wonderful. Our kids loved the food and how warmly the staff treated them. Five stars!
