The location was decent, but that didn't make up for the rest. Breakfast was very basic, with few choices and nothing that seemed particularly fresh or appealing. My room at Hotel Platan looked dated and poorly maintained. The furniture was worn, and cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, needed work. It didn't seem properly prepared for new guests. The staff were polite, though not especially helpful or attentive. Even simple requests took longer than expected, and they didn't do much to make the stay more comfortable. For the price, I expected more. Some renovations and better service could improve the hotel, but I wouldn't stay here again in its current state.

We booked it on someone's recommendation, and I was really let down. The place is pretty ugly, and the staff could do a better job of dealing with customers.

It's close to the center, and the street is quiet. A good hotel for the money. Breakfast costs 11 €, nothing special, but perfectly okay.

Seeing a swimming pool in the picture was why I booked this hotel, but there isn't one. I'm very disappointed. If I'd known, I would've picked another hotel.

The receptionist was really helpful, and the service was amazing. It's a nice place to stay and fits the budget perfectly. I totally recommend it, and I'll be back.
