The apartment had everything we needed and was well equipped, in a fabulous setting just a stone's throw from the castle and the Old Lake. Check-in and check-out were automatic, and our courteous, kind host sent all the information we needed. A great base for couples or families exploring the city!

We stayed one night in Tata, right in the center. The apartment was perfectly located and had all the facilities we needed.

We were welcomed with coffee capsules and chilled water, and the two-level apartment had spacious rooms and was close to the lake. The bedding was in good condition, but the slippery material didn't feel like cotton. I don't know who likes sleeping in sheets like that. The bigger issue was the heat upstairs at night. There were no mosquito nets on the windows, which really ought to be there in summer, and no fan or air conditioning. When it gets very hot, it's impossible to sleep on the upper floor.

A walk along the Fényes nature trail gave us an unforgettable view. The castle and beautiful lake were nearby too. We felt very comfortable in the clean apartment, which met all our needs, and the owner was kind and helpful.

The castle is right there at the foot of the accommodation, and the location is perfect. It's a very nice, clean and comfortable place. I'd recommend it to everyone, even if you're bringing a dog.
