Alam Puisi Villa

The location was close to everything while still feeling peaceful, and breakfast had a delicious range of choices. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help, and the service was better than we expected. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Diwali restaurant was a highlight, with a generous choice of food, from burgers and pizza to tasty Indian dishes and Indonesian favorites like nasi goreng. Every meal was enjoyable. The staff were so welcoming, especially Arya, who went above and beyond to help us, along with the restaurant team. We spent two nights at Alam Puisi, and the calm, warm atmosphere surrounded by nature made it feel like a lovely home. It really lives up to its name, Alam Puisi, nature’s poetry. I’d rate the stay 10/10 and would gladly return for the peaceful setting, hospitality, and food.

The service was excellent, and we enjoyed the floating breakfast. We had a good stay, but the AC barely worked, so we had to ask for a fan. A large crack in the ceiling let in a lot of insects, and there were insects in the pool too, which wasn’t very clean. The food needed more good vegetarian Indian choices, such as chole bhature. There were mainly just poha and aloo paratha, and the paratha was only okay. The food items also lacked salt. I hope these problems can be addressed soon.

We were here for 3N 4D and had a good stay overall. The staff were supportive, service was fast, and the rooms were clean. The food was good, though the villa pool was average. The hotel is a little way in from the market area. Breakfast choices and general cleanliness could be better. We reported the broken shower in room 307 multiple times, but nobody repaired it.
