Eight Palms Villa Seminyak by Ini Vie Hospitality

We spent a week here with family, and the private pool was spacious and had clean water. The villa itself was quiet, roomy, clean, well organised, and family friendly. Breakfast each day was delicious, and the staff were very friendly with excellent service.

Breakfast had plenty of options, and our room was clean with a well-kept private pool. The staff were very friendly and handled our requests quickly. We had a lovely stay.

Dian at reception gave us a warm welcome, and the service throughout was wonderful. I stayed with my family in a clean, comfortable place, and we were even able to request floating breakfast. I also rented a PS 3 here. Thanks so much for making the stay memorable 🥰🥰🥰

We won’t return. On check-in day, I was told there was construction at the villa I’d booked and that we’d be moved to this one. It was older, but I accepted the change and didn’t want to make a fuss. Things seemed fine until we used the bathtub and water leaked through the floor. Staff could only mop it up. We tried the tub again at night to check, and the water was cold. Then another leak appeared in the bedroom, away from the toilet. Breakfast was okay. Since the booking had changed, they offered transport to our next hotel and we agreed on 11 am, our checkout time. At 11:40 the cab still hadn’t arrived, and when we asked for an ETA the receptionist just said, “it’s coming.” We ended up booking our own Grab. There are many better villas.
