The staff were very friendly, and there are plenty of restaurants outside. But the hotel is old, and the rooms don't look like the website pictures. The bathroom had a lot of mold, and the property needs serious renovation. There's no elevator for people with disabilities, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the beach.

I book here twice a week for business trips because it's not far from my office. The environment is clean, the staff are very helpful when I need something for the room, and the food is good too. I don't often go to the restaurant since I book the room only, but anyone who hasn't tried this hotel should give it a go. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

A comfortable place to rest, close to Kuta Beach but not in a noisy area. It's clean enough, the service and staff are good, and the WiFi isn't too bad. A nice hotel overall.

It looks good, but there are lots of little problems: mosquitoes in the room, broken aircon, old and broken things in the room, and WiFi that doesn't work in every room.

The place was dirty. The employees didn't seem professional or help with the bags. They just sat in front of the main entrance to the lobby.
