Mayumi, Nia, Mia, the chefs, and the reception team all made us feel cared for. Their kindness and attention to detail stood out, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Every staff member made us comfortable from the moment we arrived, almost as if we were the only guests. The place was spotless. After staying at many resorts over the years, I can say this was the first time in Bali I honestly had nothing to complain about. Ize Seminyak has set a new standard for me. It was such a welcoming, easy, memorable stay, and I’ll be back.

We loved the rooftop pool in the evening. It had a relaxed feel and was a nice place to unwind after being out. The room was modern, clean, well kept, and had a comfortable bed plus all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent. IZE Seminyak is right in the middle of Seminyak, close to restaurants, cafes, and shops on foot, while still feeling peaceful. Check-in was easy, and the refreshing drinks were a nice welcome after our arrival. Ema and Kasih at the front desk were especially warm and helpful, and made us feel at home from the start. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay and would happily return. I’d recommend it to couples or anyone wanting a convenient, stylish base in Seminyak.

Rendi at reception was kind, professional, and easy to chat with, which helped me feel comfortable during my stay. I had a really nice time here, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
