The grounds were cleaned daily, and during our 10 day stay the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even moved us to a ground floor room by the pool. The location is handy: central Seminayk, with the village, markets and shopping center, is about a 20 minute walk or only a few minutes by bike or car, depending on traffic. Rooms were a decent size and the beds were large and good enough, though there was only one pillow per person and they weren’t very comfortable. The aircon worked, and the pool was a lifesaver in the heat. The place felt a little run down, especially in the shower. We were in room 6, where the shower head couldn’t be adjusted, so I had to take it off and hold it to keep it from spraying the towels on the rail.

We left early and got no refund, even though the hotel was entirely at fault. The sheets in rooms 10 and 11 smelled strongly of sweat, damp and mustiness, and made me itch all day. The staff were unpleasant. This hotel was unsanitary and mediocre, and charging guests for all these problems is outrageous. I strongly advise against staying here. It deserves zero stars.

I felt unwell, and the staff kindly helped with a late checkout and offered me medicine. They were so hospitable. It’s a quiet location with no construction going on, yet only a few minutes from the main road.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and outdoor area are fantastic, and the huge pool gets a great mix of shade and sun throughout the day. The shower was a little moldy, though, and the headboard didn’t look very clean.

I slept well here, it was peaceful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and ready to help. There are mini markets and restaurants nearby, and Pantai Petitenget is close enough to walk to. Quite convenient.
