Duta at reception was especially helpful and friendly. We hadn’t realized the Indonesian plugs were different from ours, and when we asked, he quickly brought us an adapter. The hotel is also well located, near shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Our room at Sandat Hotel Legian was spacious, tidy and comfortable. The bed was big and cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we liked relaxing on the small balcony at night. There was drinking water, a mini fridge, a TV and a dressing table, all useful to have. Great value for money, and we’d definitely stay again.

I spent 7 days here and felt right at home. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed and a homey feel. I ended up relaxing by the pool every day, it was clean, spacious and really cool. A wonderful stay, and I’d love to come back. Regards, Jesu and Kevin

I’ve stayed here twice, once with a small group of three and once with eight people. Both times the rooms were cool and clean, and the place had everything we needed. The staff are all amazing, and I find it much better than The One, where I normally stay. The beds are pretty comfy too. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Wulan at reception gave me a warm welcome and was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made check-in quick and smooth, and was ready to assist whenever I needed something. I had a great stay in Bali and really appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend.

I kept seeing a friendly guy in a black polo shirt during my stay. I wondered if he was a new staff member who hadn’t received a uniform yet, since the other staff wore matching uniforms. I’ve forgotten his name, but his English was excellent and he was really nice and good with guests. It was a very nice place to stay, and I’d recommend it to travelers.
