Seminyak Square Hotel And Villas

I was only meant to stay a few days, but got ill and had to extend my stay. The room service smoothies helped me get by. I was here during the big storm, and this area wasn't affected by flooding. The staff were very nice, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance in the heart of Seminyak. It's a solid budget option. The rooms are clean and well set up, and the wifi worked fine for me. I had a balcony, though the view wasn't much. I wouldn't use their laundry again because they left bleach stains on my clothes.

I was grateful we kept the do not disturb signs on our doors and didn't let staff into our rooms during the stay. After using the laundry service, one pair of my women's period underwear never came back. I tried three different times to speak with staff, but got excuses and photos they'd taken before washing, which showed the underwear in their possession. Their paperwork also had the same garment count as mine, as shown in the photo, but the number of items returned didn't match that tally. They didn't charge me for the laundry, which was $30 AUD, but made no further effort to sort this out. The laundry staff are all men, and a pair of women's underwear has gone missing. I wouldn't stay here.

A clean hotel in a great location, with amazing staff. It really has the full package for a stay in seminyak. Sometimes the restaurant downstairs has singing or dancing shows, and if you're lucky enough to get a room facing it, you can watch from above.

I was skeptical about staying in the heart of Seminyak, since I'd never stayed here before. After my stay, I feel differently. The staff, especially the girls at the front desk, were absolutely amazing and so attentive to us. Thank you so much, Diony Room 201.
