Liz and her husband made Seminyak Oasis feel like home. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends and family. They are from New Zealand and have lived in Indonesia for a long time, so they know Bali well, speak excellent Indonesian, and are always ready to help. Liz, the manager, was especially caring, almost like a mother, and helped arrange a private doctor when my wife was ill. She also called tour companies to check prices for flights and tours. The rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was ready by noon, before check-in, and we were welcomed with drinks. It was clean and had strong Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious, with fruit, salads, sausages, omelettes, eggs, bread and butter, juices, and other drinks. There's also a public pool where you can relax. The room manual has useful information for tourists getting around Bali, so give it a read. We had a lovely stay. Thanks to the whole Kiwi Family, and best wishes for the future of your Oasis.
