This was my second time staying here with my family at Ibis Bandung Trans Studio. We couldn't get the room request we made when we checked in, and I was quite disappointed. My family and I can't stay in smoking rooms or on smoking floors at any hotel. Pak Fadil showed real care and upgraded our rooms for the second and third nights. It meant a lot to us, thank you. The rooms were comfortable, the showers and hot water were clean and worked perfectly, and the hotel is conveniently next to the Trans Mall. The staff are nice too. Please keep up the quality of service 👍🏻

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was comfortable, the hot water worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was stable, and the restaurant service was very good. The one thing that bothered me was the smell in the praying room (mushola) on the 2nd floor. I was praying there during one of my meetings, and it smelled really bad, like stinky feet coming from the carpet. Please make sure the mushola is maintained properly.

The location was very convenient, and check-in went smoothly. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, especially kak Gaby. I had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend the hotel, and would be happy to come back.

We arrived during peak season when the hotel was full, but the staff made every effort to give all the hotel's guests the best service. The location was also close to the places on our itinerary. Very satisfied, and we'll definitely stay again.
