Agoda showed rooms available when I booked at Super OYO 1340 Wisma Alamanda, but on arrival the receptionist said the hotel was full and didn't understand the booking system. Agoda then canceled our reservation and penalized us for supposedly not showing up. It was a terrible experience, and I consider this a scam. Avoid booking here at all costs!

We booked four rooms, but the receptionist said they were full. After we complained to Agoda, Wisma Alamanda claimed we hadn't shown up and penalized us. We lost 700K rupiah. This is clearly a scam. Do not stay here.

The place was so dirty, and I wouldn't recommend it. They just want to take your money. All you get is one bed, with no drinks, towel, or bathroom. Is this really supposed to be a hotel for staying?
