The lobby was comfortable for relaxing or getting a bit of work done, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. From arrival, the hotel felt modern, clean, and welcoming. It’s easy to reach, in a strategic spot close to the Ocarina area. My room was spotless, cozy, and well equipped, and would work for a business trip or a short getaway. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The service and atmosphere exceeded what I expected. I’d definitely come back, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Batam.
6/10
Weekdays were especially peaceful, and I really liked the ambience. But the bathroom and sink drains gave off an unpleasant smell, and the water pressure kept changing. The clock on the room phone also didn’t match the actual time. I’d like reception to communicate more during check-in and check on how guests are doing before checkout. Getting feedback earlier could help prevent complaints.

The beach view is an added bonus, and the place is peaceful, calm, and secure. It’s a brand new facility, and I couldn’t find anything to complain about. I had an amazing stay, with friendly, welcoming staff throughout. Highly recommended if that’s what you’re looking for.
10/10
We loved the large, comfortable rooms and had a cozy night in with food from the room service menu. Breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is close to the beach, and we really enjoyed the nostalgic visit to the theme park. For Batam, the price is a steal. We had a great weekend stay and will choose this hotel next time we visit.
4/10
The hotel is new and the service was okay. But if you’re staying on a weekend and plan to spend time in the room, think twice about booking. Loud, club-level music comes from the beach from 4-10PM on weekends, and you can feel the bed vibrating.
