Agus and the rest of the team made the stay memorable. Agus was especially helpful from the moment we arrived, always greeting us with a big smile and making sure we felt comfortable and looked after. The other staff were friendly and welcoming too. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean, with everything we needed to relax. Getting around was easy since the location is close to shopping, restaurants and the main attractions. Breakfast had loads of options, all fresh and delicious. They clearly put effort into getting the day off to a good start. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while. The service, food and location were all great. Highly recommended.

Pak Yuli was so kind and helpful that I really felt at home. The other staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about guests too. My room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt welcoming. I had a really good stay and would happily come back.

A special thank you to Pak Yuli, the bodyguard, for being kind, friendly and always ready to help. The staff were helpful and professional throughout, and the hotel was clean and very comfortable. It's also conveniently located and easy to get to. Truly appreciated!

We didn't get the receptionist's name, but Mr Yuli, the doorman, was amazing and the service was top tier. We hadn't expected much when booking because the price was affordable, so it was a welcome surprise on our first stay here. The venue is great, and there's a local food stall about a two-minute walk away. We'd really come back.

The staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean with facilities working as they should. There are cracks and stains in some places, and the furniture looks old. Still, the hotel is really affordable, and the staff are great.
