They have packages for longer stays, and the staff are friendly and obliging. The hotel has recently been renovated. The adjoining Chinese restaurant is pretty good, with satisfying standard fare.

The food is excellent and delicious. It’s a good venue for a simple wedding, gathering, or company event dinner.

It’s very close to Batam centre and convenient for business. The staff are friendly, and the 4 star hotel is still under construction.
