Kelusa Hill

The best parts were the lovely natural setting and the views. Grab drivers could usually reach us within 5-10 minutes, though every driver struggled with the last street to the property. We also heard the neighbors. Our sleep was uncomfortable: the mattress was worn, the pillows were too high, and the air conditioning was loud without cooling the room effectively. The bedroom lights were dim, the pool stayed cold because it was shaded most of the day, and there was only one sunbed on the deck. We also had no welcome water or insect repellent. The room had teacups but no glasses or cutlery, and there wasn't a full-sized table. The mosquito net was heavily stained. The bathroom was especially disappointing. It had no ventilation, the sink drained very slowly, and there was no toilet brush. The toilet smelled strongly and was unhygienically stained. The windows, bathtub, and floor were dirty too. After three nights in Villa 2, listed on Airbnb as “Kelusa Hill Hidden Gem with Infinity Pool,” we were relieved to move to another Airbnb. With so many problems and such poor sleep, I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were always available, and the pool was perfect. The morning view was just splendid. 😇

I wouldn't stay here again, even for free. The room and bathroom were only about 1.5/5 for cleanliness, and there were hardly any amenities. Insects, a gecko inside the room, and other animal sounds made the stay unpleasant. There was no safe, lobby, clear entrance, or security. Advice: don't be fooled by the appearance

The damp smell and insects in the room made it hard for us to sleep, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. It was a bad, indifferent facility with many things missing from the room. We had asked for a honeymoon setup, but they didn't provide one. We had accommodation booked for the next day, but chose not to stay. When we requested a refund for what we'd paid, they refused, and we were charged for the night we didn't use too.
