The biggest issue for me was the money that disappeared from my safe. Apparently anyone with a master code could open it. When I reported it at reception, I got a shrug, a police station pamphlet, and a suggestion that perhaps I'd miscounted. Two other guests I spoke to described similar problems, including one who said jewellery went missing during turndown service. I asked to speak with the manager, but each time I got a different receptionist who seemed less interested than the last. The owner was "not available," and they said they'd pass along an email message. I never heard anything back. Treating theft like a minor guest relations problem says a lot. You should make your own choice, and Bali has plenty of places run by people who care. The room stayed damp-smelling the whole time, the AC wheezed, and mould covered the bathroom ceiling. The pool, which is all over the photos, was a cloudy green rectangle no one seemed willing to get into. I've stayed in budget and rough places, and ones with charm that made up for their flaws, but this wasn't one of them. I'd give it zero stars if that were possible.

When I come back to Bali, I'll definitely stay at Radian Villa Canggu. It was the best find in Canggu, with comfort and such easy access to the ocean, great restaurants, shops, and cafés.

We originally planned to stay just one night with the family, then extended twice because we loved it so much. This is a lovely little find in lively Canggu, with two beautiful pools, charming villas, and outdoor showers that made me think of the Maldives. It felt like a little piece of Ubud by the beach. The staff made our stay special. We were there for my parents' anniversary and they surprised us with a cake and a beautiful setup. The restaurant out front was fantastic too. I had the best breakfast and a fresh gojava juice I'm still thinking about. I've been to Bali several times, and this villa really stands out. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

The staff made our two-night stay especially comfortable, always available to help with a friendly smile. From the warm welcome when we arrived, we felt at home right away. Radian Villa is beautiful, mixing modern luxury with traditional Balinese charm. I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool, which was a peaceful spot. The villa is in a quiet area but still close enough to Bali's busy center, major attractions, beaches, and cultural sites. Whether you want to unwind or explore the local culture, it's a great place to stay. I can't wait to return.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Bali trip. The room was spacious and clean, the pool area was perfect, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were so happy with it and would stay again.
