I've stayed here twice, and the location is the best part. The sunset is right outside your room, the beach has soft sand and is great for swimming, and it's pet friendly so you can bring your furry buddies. The building is an old condo with poor maintenance, and the bathroom water usually stops around noon.

Agoda gave me a full refund. We never got the room we'd booked. Maybe it's a scam, though there's a small chance it's just a terribly managed property. Either way, trash!!!

Pak Iwan, the manager, was very helpful, and the beach is white, clean, sandy, and only about 10 meters away. There's a lifeguard station, and the banana boat ride was affordable, though too short. The building is really, really old, and a lot of the doors, including bathroom doors, don't work properly. Only one room had working AC, while the others blew hot air. One room smelled like socks. The parking area is tiny, so if you're coming in a bus or minibus you'll have a long walk. There are lots of hawkers, and some are pushy. For what we got, it felt expensive. I'd suggest checking these drawbacks before booking.

A bad, overpriced place. It's cramped and dirty, and yellowish water only runs for a few hours a day.
