A few things to budget for: there’s an extra charge for each adult or child above the guest quota, so work out the full rental price before booking. For a two-night stay, they provide one gallon of drinking water, and any more is at your expense. One canister of cooking gas covers two days, with further gas charged separately. The security guard didn't respond to guest complaints, and the shower's hot water only worked on the first night of our two-day stay. The villa itself has a nice building and interior, with spacious family rooms on both the first and second floors. The upper terrace has a beautiful sunrise view, and the road out front is quiet and a dead end for cars. There’s CCTV, a gazebo, and a grassy area big enough for badminton. The mini pool is about the size of two or three bathtubs, and there are enough cooking utensils.
