The staff were very friendly, but the room was so noisy and smelled like I was sitting at the curb. It faced a busy road, with only single pane glass, and the AC struggled to keep the room even slightly cool. They were fully booked, so they couldn’t move me, and I booked somewhere else. Check carefully that you’re not getting a roadside room, and confirm it with the hotel. The online booking photos can be very misleading. I didn’t request a refund since it was my own assumption that I’d get a great mountain side view for what I paid. 😂 Buyer beware, you get what you pay for.

The room itself had okay amenities, and the staff were friendly. But I paid for a premier room and only roadside rooms were available, so trying to sleep each night was a struggle with all the traffic noise. They should charge much less for those rooms instead of asking this rate.

For our wedding anniversary, staying in Ariandri’s Suite Room was worth it. The balcony looked straight out over the mountains and pool. We also enjoyed the café food, which was delicious and served in generous portions. The staff were so friendly and attentive when we talked with them or asked questions. Well done, guys, and thank you.

The view is nice and the location is convenient, with spacious rooms. Cleanliness and the amenities could use more work, though. The staff were friendly, and Mas Alva Renoma from the breakfast section was especially kind. He came over to our table himself to ask what they could improve 😊. A good option for a family staycation 👍.
