The air conditioning barely worked, there was no water in the shower, and the shower area was filthy, including a door that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The rooms and sheets were dirty, and the towels were threadbare when they were supplied. Work was going on around the pool at 10pm. Shelves on one side made the pool area look ordinary, rubbish was left on and under the stairs, and cleaning trolleys sat in walkways all day and night. The main lady, Rishna, only seemed to smile when you were paying. We were a family using five rooms, and she had the nerve to charge one room an extra $15 for a sheet stain. Save yourself the money and anguish and stay elsewhere. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

The rooms were disgusting, with big stains all over the bed, hair throughout the cupboards, and the bed not even made. There were bed bugs too, so I didn’t stay the night. I wouldn’t recommend it. P.S. They put dirty mop water in the pool.

The reception woman was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from the start, as if guests were a nuisance, which left a terrible impression. The pool was dirty and clearly poorly maintained. In the room, there was dust and dirt everywhere, and the shower barely worked, with either no pressure or cold water. Worst of all, the bathroom window let guests next door look straight into the toilet. That lack of privacy is completely unacceptable. I regret booking this resort. A very disappointing stay, not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had to switch rooms twice when I arrived because of cleanliness problems, and both rooms were dirty. There were cockroaches too. I asked twice, but it took a while before anyone removed them. I stayed for two weeks and my room was never cleaned, despite several requests. The service was poor and unprofessional. I also noticed that some of the resort cleaning staff appeared to be underage, which concerns me greatly.

They were a big help when I lost my bag in the Grab car. The staff were friendly and the service was good. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Bali. 😄🥰
