The room was clean, and thankfully the AC worked well. I can understand the complaints about the water temperature, though the heating technology may simply not be advanced enough to make it hotter. To me, *Kost Exclusive* fits this place better than hotel. Calling it a hotel can set expectations too high. Cove De Tinaya is good value at $20 a night, with the basic needs covered and a good location. The staff were fairly friendly, but don't expect much beyond that.

The room was clean, and the free water refill was a great extra. For the price, it was worth it. The location wasn't that nice, somewhere between Kuta and Denpasar. There were two windows, one with no curtain and another above our heads with no window covering either. Even with the lights off, the room stayed bright at night. A curtain would help. The TV also didn't work well, with no signal and no good channels to watch.

Right on Jalan Imam Bonjol in Denpasar, at the edge of busy Legian, Cove De Tinaya is a minimalist two-star hotel and co-living space that’s very affordable.

The bed was the one decent part, but I wouldn’t say this place is worth the money. There’s just one outlet for charging, the water gets warm but never hot, and the TV doesn’t work, not even for local channels. There’s no luggage storage or balcony/terrace either, despite what the advertising suggests. Management also didn’t feel like the management at other Cove hotels.
