Breakfast was delicious, and they made a special effort to cook the eggs exactly how we liked them. The bedroom curtains were very dark and blocked the outside lights, which stay on 24 hours. Much appreciated. We loved our six-night stay, with rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We also loved exploring Bali and getting to know the wonderful people of Seminyak.

The location is really strategic, with lots of shops and restaurants around. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. The room was spacious, and ours had a peaceful pool view. The service was great too.

On my first night the air conditioning was broken, so the room was quite hot. The next day I asked to move, but it took a lot of arguing with the staff before I spoke to the manager and finally got another room. That second room was on the first floor near the restaurant. It was very noisy first thing in the morning, and I could smell breakfast being prepared in my room. When it rained at night, the corridor floor was filthy with water everywhere, which felt dangerous. The room condition and staff were SOOOO BAD. I will NEVER COME BACK.

I booked three rooms because the price was good and the location very convenient. Ditha and Alma at the front desk were amazing. They let me check in three hours early for all three rooms, which was a lovely surprise, and arranged breakfast boxes for 6 AM because we had to leave before 7. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

All good! The hot shower takes a while to come through, and the breakfast choices were just fine. It'd help if the location pin were updated, because I struggled a bit to find it on Grab/Gojek. Thanks!
