The service was rude and poor, and the milk they used was off. There were ants in the bed, filthy hand marks on the doors, and the place's infrastructure is falling apart. The pictures don't show what you actually get. I honestly wouldn't stay here again. There are much better options, probably for less money too.

Everyone was very hospitable, and the place was quiet, peaceful, and clean.

My room, 6b, was clean and functional, and the bedding was adequate. A gecko ran off when I arrived. Noise came through from the neighboring room, and the staff didn't seem keen to deal with the leaking toilet. I asked more than once, but nobody came during my two-night stay. At about 7:45 in the morning I practically had to go into the kitchen to find someone to serve breakfast. It was basic: papaya juice diluted with water, eggs, coffee, two slices of toast, and one portion of butter and jam. I'm not asking for pastries, but a second helping of butter or jam would have been nice. The staff's lack of enthusiasm comes across to guests and doesn't make me want to return.
