Everyone at the Lumi was kind and generous, and the resort felt like a breath of fresh air. The beach area was wonderful, though I wish it had beach loungers instead of only pillows or beds. Our main disappointment was that the main pool was under construction for our entire stay, even though it was supposed to be finished before we arrived.

The stay was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable thanks to the hospitality. Staff greeted me with smiles, anticipated what I might need, and offered thoughtful help. Every exchange felt personal, as if I were being welcomed into a beautifully run home. Their service was both professional and heartfelt, the sort of care you don’t find everywhere. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that goes above and beyond.

The pool and beachfront were wonderful, and the location was superb. The highlight, though, was the service from the fantastic staff at Lumi. Kamil remembered our names and made the stay feel personal. When we lost something important, these lovely people did everything they could to find it. They made our stay so wonderful, it felt like 10 star service in every way. We feel we stayed at the best place on Gili T.

The cottage was lovely, and the staff were amazing. We had a delicious breakfast, too. It’s a really nice area, about 10 minutes by bike from the city center. There’s also a beautiful beach spot for sunsets, with live music. I’ll come back!

Dia at reception was especially kind and helpful, and her warm hospitality made our stay better. Lumi is a beautiful, well-kept hotel with a calm feel, so it suited us well for a relaxing visit. It’s a little removed from the main party area, which is a plus if you’re a couple or family looking for some peace and quiet. A very comfortable stay with good service.
