We stayed at your hotel for 7 nights. On our first day, we arrived in a Bluebird company vehicle that nobody from the hotel had arranged with us. We went to many places during the stay, so you couldn't know about the transport we used there. On our last day, though, we wanted an affordable ride, and the vehicle arranged by the Maharani of the hotel was stopped by you. You arranged another car for yourself and your employee Veronica instead. The Bluebird driver then drove off with the Bluebird company app removed. We believe you should have provided the car arranged for us. On our third day, we told Veronica, the hotel maid, we needed to speak with the manager about our problems. You were walking nearby, but Veronica didn't introduce you and said the manager wasn't there. That misled us as foreigners, while you ignored us. Good management and friendliness are needed to move any institution forward. Excuses don't answer these issues. The shortcomings need to be corrected so the institution can develop. Please pay attention to these points when serving us and other foreigners, and work toward friendly, good service. We are grateful for the food and other services, and for the security staff's friendliness and conversational manner. We appreciate all the other employees, apart from Veronica, the maid. Thank you 🙏. I also want to report what happened with the room prices. Agoda and an Amaris hotel in Indonesia are deceiving people, in my view. A room shown for $33 is marked unavailable, then the same room is offered for $41. Their Queen Bed room is two single beds pushed together, which they also call a Hollywood room. They list Twin and Hollywood rooms but give guests the same room for both. The manager and the maid named Veronica are harassing foreigners. When I checked out, the vehicle booked for me through Grab by the Maharani of Amaris Hotel was stopped by those two and given to one of their friends. The vehicle and driver belong to the Blue Bird company, and the driver leaves the Blue Bird company app. I believe Veronica and the manager have a separate love affair, and that the manager overlooks her mistakes because of it. They are bringing down Amaris Hotel Company. This is for the responsible people to know. The other employees are very good. If Veronica and this manager are removed from Amaris Hotel Service, and other good people are hired for the same service, I will recommend the hotel if Agoda Company also stops selling the same $33 room for $41.
