The room was clean and looked like the pictures, and the receptionist was nice. I left my sandals behind, and they contacted me on WhatsApp that afternoon. I liked the cute toothbrush too, with its soft blue and pink colors. There’s also a Roti’O outlet at the entrance, worth trying. Nice place to stay, definitely recommend it.

The rooms are simple and clean, and I had no complaints. Service was good too. If you want to be around Mega Kuningan, the location is very, very good. It’s a solid 3 star hotel with 5 star places like Ritz Carlton and JW Marriot around it.

I had a really lovely stay for three nights. The room was a little small, but it felt comfortable and homey. The only thing that needs attention is the hot water, which didn't work properly at certain times.

I had a pleasant, comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and there was an electric kettle with instant tea and coffee in the room. Lotte mall and ciputra entrepreneur hall are also nearby.

The area was great, but the room was dirty. We chose the cheaper option, but that doesn't mean we should get a dirty room. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, there was no fridge, and we had to ask before they brought us a hairdryer. I noticed dust and dirt in a corner of the floor. Staff came in to clean while we were out, but that corner was still dirty when we got back, so the cleaning hadn't been thorough. The staff also seemed a bit cold and could have been friendlier.
