Breakfast was limited and nothing special. The room had no hand towels, and the bath towel was frayed. I also couldn’t use the TV’s free channels.

After seven years, it was nice to come back. The service is still fantastic, and the hotel remains nice. The breakfast is actually better than it used to be.

The location worked well for business, close to what I needed while still feeling peaceful. The room views were calming, and I felt the price was worth it for the comfort and service. The facilities were a plus: a clean, relaxing pool, a well-kept gym with enough equipment for a proper workout, and live music in the evenings. Parking felt safe and was convenient, and having an ATM on site was useful. My room was spotless, housekeeping was consistent, and the hotel felt secure. The dining area was clean too, with fresh, tasty, hygienic food and quick service. Staff were warm, polite, and ready to help, which made the stay easy and comfortable. RA Premiere Simatupang was a genuinely pleasant, reliable place to stay. I’d recommend it.

Check-in was quick, and Mrs. Della, Mrs. Jeniver, Mr. Alex, Mr. Deni, and Mr. Dion were all friendly, kind, and quick to respond. The Re Premier Simatupang team made this an amazing staycation for us. Thank you for the hospitality. We want to come back.
