There’s a convenience store about 3-4 minutes away, with a café and barbershop right next to the hotel. They provide basic things like slippers and a toothbrush kit. The place is fairly clean, but there’s no elevator, and the balcony could be cleaner. Some staff weren’t very friendly. I stayed for over a week, and the tap water was a recurring problem. It often came out dark yellow, sometimes looking like it had yellow moss in it. The hotel seems to be in a residential complex, where the main gate gets locked at night, probably around 9 or 10 PM, so I often had to use another route. The rooms aren’t soundproof either. You can clearly hear guests or staff talking outside, which can be annoying when you’re trying to rest.

When I got into the room, it stank of smoke, and they didn’t provide a bottle of water. There’s basically nothing nearby, so this is a trash location for booking a hotel.

I booked through the Oyo apps for about 75k idr, but at the property the staff asked for around 100k idr extra because they said the app price was too cheap. They told me the Oyo apps had given a Promotion price without confirmation. I’m still wondering how that can happen. It’s not about the money, it’s about professionalism in hospitality. Please take this seriously and make improvements, and maybe reconsider the cooperation with the apps.

The place isn't maintained properly. The bed was dirty, there was no bath mat, and there were no amenities, internet, or TV.
