Alizee Villa

The staff were very friendly and did what they could to help, and I liked the privacy despite the location in central Seminyak. The villas are spacious, with a small garden and pool, though the place has aged and needs some renovation. You also can’t order food or drinks. When it rains, the electricity may go out, and it isn’t safe to switch it back on.

I’ve just checked out, and I’m angry about how Cathy handled my package. She showed up only after my packing had been opened and said it was for her, even though my name is Kianya and hers is Cathy, clearly different names. She said people staying at the villa can’t share the address and that I had only paid to stay there. She was rude, and I have the whole WhatsApp chat to show what she did to my package. They kept it, opened it, and didn’t properly hand it over for my helper to collect at the villa. Cathy, you showed up just to act like you’re the boss, and then lied about the delivery company. My security came to pick up the package, but nobody showed up. I’ll post the chat and send it to Airbnb to show your behavior toward me as a guest. Please manage the villa, manager or reception, and security properly. Don’t keep people’s things when they aren’t addressed to you or meant for you.

The location was just great, and the rooms were big. We stayed 15 nights in this amazing villa, with a super friendly staff. Thanks to the lovely owner. I’d stay here again!

The location gets two stars, but I wouldn’t give the rest any. It was dirty and run down, and the key service was bad. The ashtray was full when we arrived. There must be better villas around.
