Dialoog Seminyak

We felt at ease at Dialoog from the moment we arrived. The place smelled fresh, with no trace of the mouldy odour we’d found at another hotel we had briefly checked into. We understood that damp smells can happen in the tropics, but we weren’t comfortable staying there, so we looked for another option and were glad we found this one. Our four-night stay ran from Sunday to Thursday in a pool-side-view room. It was clean and well cared for, and the service was friendly throughout. Sanndy made check-in smooth, while Shirley was kind and professional when we checked out. Reception and security staff were also consistently helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from and food made fresh. We left feeling relaxed and well looked after. I’d happily recommend Dialoog and stay here again.

Shirely was so friendly and ready to help whenever we needed anything, which made the stay more comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself has a great feel, and our room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s also in a handy spot, close to everything we needed. I’d gladly come back and recommend a stay here.

The staff’s hospitality is what really stayed with me. They were always smiling and seemed genuinely keen to make sure we had a pleasant visit. At Dialoog Seminyak, the room was spacious, the facilities all worked well, and the modern property was well looked after. The hotel also provided generous amenities, and I really enjoyed breakfast. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Petitenget.

I especially enjoyed the gym. It was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped, with the machines and gear all in good condition. I could work out twice a day because of it. The location was close to everything in Seminyak, while still feeling peaceful once inside. I spent two nights in a private pool room, and it was quiet and deeply relaxing. Having the pool was a lovely extra. The staff were warm and always smiling, with special thanks to Sherly at reception and Rani in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved the pancake. I’d be very happy to stay again.
