Hu'u Villas

The staff really made our stay, especially the security guards and the reception team. The men and women at reception were friendly, helpful, and always there when we needed something. It’s a quiet, kid-friendly place in a safe, central area surrounded by restaurants, cafés and souvenir shops. Seminyak Square takes around 15-20 minutes on foot, or about 10 minutes by car or motorbike depending on traffic. Our one-bedroom villa was tidy and spacious for two, though the sofa and towels seemed old, and some towels had what looked like old stains. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door, not in the villa. You get a voucher each morning, but the designated café has very limited options. There are plenty of other nearby cafés with more breakfast choices. We did find a gecko in the room once, but a staff member came quickly and handled it professionally.

We stayed in the penthouse, and it was so clean that walking barefoot in the rooms and living area felt comfortable. The team were meticulous and professional about taking care of what we needed. It rained heavily every night, and security made sure we had enough umbrellas to get back to our villas. GM Molly personally came out to welcome us at check-in, then came to say goodbye and see us off at checkout. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

It was my first trip alone, on my seventh visit to Bali, and Hu’u Villas blew me away. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. I felt safe and welcome, and I can't recommend the place enough. I'll never stay anywhere else. Thank you so much, and I can't wait to come back!

The location is superb, and the place is quiet and clean with everything you need for a Bali getaway. Security were friendly and very attentive. The rooms were top-notch, the beds are super king, and having a private pool was a great bonus. Each villa has a connecting door, so it could work well for groups too. Can't wait to return!
