The staff and management were especially thoughtful and responsive, which made me feel looked after. They answered on WhatsApp, tried to get me a bottom bunk, lent me hangers and a charger, and helped move and store my luggage. The food was good, the place was comfortable enough, and I liked the shared bathroom area with all the hair dryers. For value, I was happy with my stay. I spent one night in a bunk and two in a private room during low season, so I can't comment on the party atmosphere, which is one of the hostel's main draws. A few small things could make the private room better: more hooks for clothes, stopping the AC condensation from dripping, fixing the door's false beeping as if it wasn't shut, and providing a floor mat or towel outside the shower. There was also a short stretch in the morning when filtered water had run out while they waited for delivery, and the chiller seemed broken. Thanks, My Capsule Seminyak, for the hospitality!

The breakfast was a real highlight. I had the poached eggs with beetroot cream, and both the eggs and sourdough were delicious. Drinks and food are well priced, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It was my second visit, this time in the off season, and I still love this hostel. I booked a private room with a shared bathroom, and the bed and air conditioning were great. Much love to the Capsule team.

The other guests were always friendly and relaxed, and the place has a nice balance between hanging out and having time to chill. The staff made me feel at home, especially Freddy, Jordan, Mica and Agus. I liked it so much that I kept coming back even on days I wasn't staying there. Easily the best hostel I've ever stayed at. I'd recommend it to all my friends.

The breakfast is the best in Seminyak, and I loved the rooms too. There was something going on every day, from card games and karaoke to the pub crawl at La favella and Mexicola. The Savaya bus party was the highlight, absolutely epic. The party scene is incredible, and the team, especially Freddy and Jordan, made me feel great every day. The hospitality and vibe at My Capsule are in a league of their own. If I come back to Bali, this is where I'll stay. Thanks for everything.

I only booked two nights, but came back on a couple of other nights just to join the social scene. Met some amazing people and had such a good time on the booze bus to Savaya. Big thanks and love to Freddy, Red, Benny and Jordan. See you again soon 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
