Matur Suksma to Oscar, the reception ladies and the lovely restaurant team for looking after us so well. And a special thanks to whoever fished my phone out of the elevator chute! That's exceptional service. We loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool and gym access were great. I especially liked the Caesar salad at dinner and the fresh juices on the menu.

Thanks to Oscar and Angelina, if I got her name right, for such great service. I enjoyed staying here and wish I could have stayed longer. The breakfast team were great too, even though the spread is limited, as other reviews have said. Service was easily 11/10 for me. I did agree with the comments about room cleanliness. There was a lot of mould on the floor, especially in the bathroom, but I didn't raise it. The service I received went well beyond what I expected, and I'd already been upgraded as a diamond member.

Triska made breakfast feel special, and the breakfast staff were welcoming. I stayed one night at this new Seminyak hotel in the IHG group and had a good experience. I was upgraded, and the room was nice and spacious. The location is handy for places to eat, though traffic can get chaotic. One thing the hotel should be careful about: some work, perhaps a roof leak, was going on in the passage outside my room, leaving the corridor wet and messy. I understand these things happen, but they should put up signs to alert guests and plan for situations like this.

During Ramadan, they brought sahur to our room. That thoughtful service stood out, especially since we couldn't find it offered in many other Bali hotels. The pool runs through the middle of the building and gives the hotel a relaxing feel. Our twin room was comfortable, and when we had a small problem with the bidet, the engineering team fixed it right away. The location of voco Bali Seminyak is very convenient at the end of Sunset Road, with easy access north to Seminyak or Canggu, south to Kuta, and a fairly quick trip to Denpasar city centre. We had a pleasant stay and good service.
